Darlene Coles Boyd, Founder and President of Coles Healthcare Consulting, LLC, has worked as a consultant in both corporate America and private industry since 1992. Prior to working as a healthcare consultant, Darlene Coles Boyd worked as a registered nurse in intensive care units throughout the United States.

As a former healthcare consultant for Baxter Healthcare Corporation, a specialist sales representative at Eli Lilly Corporation and a case manger for Active Health Management, a company of Aetna, she is uniquely qualified to provide effective, strategic business solutions for healthcare clients.
